Testimonials
"
The 15 invaluable laws to growth was such an "eye opener" for myself as a leader. The fact that the whole team participated in 1 session, this became a team building exercise also.
John Maxwell's materials and principles are well written to cater for all levels in an organisation or a community.
The delivery of the module was very flexible in that the interaction and the process got all participants to share their various experiences and reflections.

The John Maxwell Leadership Programme that offered 'The 15 invaluable laws of growth' had re-confirmed to me fundamental values and core beliefs that cements my foundation and clarifies my identity as a Pacific woman. It is a holistic package that encompasses everything that speaks truth to my conscience. It aligns well with values of my fore parents and supports all essence of my upbringing thus embracing me with a safe net of great contentment in my soul and peace of the mind. This journey I took for 6 weeks was a breath of fresh air to a life that was busy running the rat race to its breaking point which was inevitable. The much needed journey re-slots priorities into their right pigeon holes without any subjective influence from outside and with a much clearer picture of direction in life. This is how genuine and meaningful this leadership teaching was for me. It reaffirms what I am made out of, it grows me into a wider horizon of soul searching identity and it locks in place whom I found to be the 'me' now based on my past and where to from herewith based on what is important for my life to continue on in living life abundantly.
I would need to go back to this safe space now and then to refill my soul and mind and I have trusted the journey to seek me out and to bring out the best of me from time to time. The 'me' who needs to be empowered and enriched in order to help others. This is my journey of the 6 weeks with John Maxwell leadership programme expert,

I found out about this programme through a very close friend of mine, who had been through the programme, and I decided to do it basically because life is a continuously learning journey and I wanted to explore all opportunities to learn and grow. The programme has definitely helped me grow, I'm talking about personal growth, in so many ways. Everything else, ie, leadership, quantitative and qualitative skills, success etc all come after that. Success of course, means different things to different people, and this growth journey most certainly helped me to be successful in a lot of areas in my life. I would recommend it to anyone who feels like they need some direction in life and need to inject a little "oomph" into their journey. I also got to meet different people and it was very heartwarming to share part of my life with them, and theirs with me.

How did you find out about the programme: through facebook posts and other colleagues
-
What made you sign up: I wanted to continue learning and developing my leadership skills
-
How has the programme helped you: The programmme helped me to understand that it is very important to maintain a teachable spirit. To know that I do not have the answer to every challenge or every problem and that there are other people around me to help carry the load as a leader. The programme also taught me the importance of pausing and reflect as you might be too busy to realise your progress and impact that you have on others, which can either be positive or negative. Reflecting will assist in redirecting your journey as a leader in a better route.
-
Why would you recommend it to others: The programme is a journey of self discovery and also a great chance to network with other like-minded leaders. It was also an opportunity to share experiences and learn off of each other. If you want to learn about your potential of becoming a great leader, this is the programme for you.

Taking the 6-weeks J.C. Maxwell Program on 'Today Matters' for me was a game changer in terms prioritizing my day to what matters most or filtering my 'to do' list to the priorities with an end goal. The program for me was relevant to the reality we face whether in the workplace or at home or in the Community. Aspiring to continually be an influence to others and make a difference in people's lives is the biggest motivation in this day and age. John Maxwell's principles cultivate a focus on positive change and growth and that's been incredibly helpful for me.
The program allowed us to even participate online via Zoom calls during the particular 2-hour session which was important as many participants have full time jobs and are constantly on the move.
I would definitely recommend this Program to anyone that is willing to invest in developing themselves and others to become great Leaders and influence a society that is constantly changing. I also got to meet an incredible group of Professionals who shared some amazing stories of their journey, that for me was an inspiration and to know that this season no matter how hard it gets, you're not alone.
Huge thank you to Katrina for being a fantastic Facilitator - patient, gentle spirited and God fearing.
